3. The Buyer accepts full liability for the use of all products and services supplied by Can-C.biz. The Buyer assures they should only use products under the guidance of a medical professional.

4. The Buyer is completely responsible for the confirmation of their personal requirements.

5. The Buyer warrants that they hold Can-C.biz free of any and all legal action and prosecution. This includes any entrapment procedures that may be perpetrated or attempted by law enforcement and government agents and/or their agencies.

6. The Buyer affirms they are of legal age and capacity.

7. Can-C.biz is not held responsible for any losses in the mail.

8. If the Buyer wishes to return products, as long as the products are sent by the Buyer within 10 days of receipt and received in a good, unopened, resalable condition with an expiry date more than 12 months validity, a 50% refund can be issued. You must contact Can-C.biz for a returns reference number before returning any products.

9. Can-C.biz does not offer medical advice; all information is supplied on an educational basis and should not be construed to replace that of a physician. Any opinions stated are not necessarily those of Can-C.biz.

10. Can-C.biz reserves the right to alter shipping methods or to refuse orders.

Shipping & Delivery At this time, Can-C.Biz ships merchandise worldwide. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. You should receive your goods within 7-10 working days. All orders are shipped traceable methods including USPS.

Return Policy You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Can-C.biz reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. If the Buyer wishes to return products, as long as the products are returned by the Buyer within 10 days of receipt and received in a good, unopened, resalable condition with an expiry date more than 12 months validity, a 75% refund can be issued. You must contact Can-C.biz before returning any products.

Cancellation Policy In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel an order within one week (7 working days) of delivery. This does not apply to items made to your specification or personalised audio/video recordings or software that you have unsealed or items that by reason of their nature cannot be returned. The customer is expected to take good care of all items and not use them; any goods not returned in an -as new- condition may be refused. The cancellation must be put in writing including the order number and be forwarded to our contact address as below or emailed to us using the contact us form available from the contact us section at the top of this page. When returning non-faulty goods under the Distance Selling Regulations delivery costs may not be refunded. Please note that you have no right to return goods under the Distance Selling Regulations if you are a business customer. All refunds will be processed within 30 days from receipt of returned goods.
